Check-in was such a hassle! They didn't scan our passports, so we had to go back for them. After that, the staff insisted the sofa was just a sofa, even though it could've been made into a bed. Super frustrating!

During our recent family trip, we stayed for three nights at a fantastic hotel right across from the train and bus station. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of four, and we appreciated the two basins, which made mornings much smoother. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with luggage storage and even providing an ironing board. The kids loved the indoor playground and slides, while we enjoyed free snacks, drinks, and a great selection of movies to watch together.

I can recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, shopping centers, and several eateries, making it convenient. My kids loved the indoor slides and play area, and we appreciated the good movie selections and comfy amenities. the strict check-in policy felt a bit off. a pleasant experience for family bonding.

I had a great stay! The location is super convenient, right by the train and bus station, which made exploring a breeze. The kids had a blast on the indoor slide and in the playground-perfect for burning off energy after our adventures!

On the downside, check-in felt late at 5 PM, especially for families. the bathtub design was a bit tricky—water would spray out, making the floor slippery. Plus, the breakfast area was cramped, and the lift was pretty slow. a good experience despite these quirks!

I had a pretty enjoyable Christmas stay! The hotel is super close to the main train station, making it easy to explore the area. I appreciated the spacious room and the free morning coffee was a nice touch to kickstart my day. Plus, having convenience stores and some local attractions within walking distance made everything really accessible. The warm water in the shower came on quickly, which is always a win!

There were a few downsides. The room had an overwhelming smell of bleach, and it didn’t really clear up even with the A/C on. The soundproofing could be improved, as I heard my neighbors chatting late into the night. the toilet cleanliness wasn’t the best; there were some leftover hairs that were kinda gross. I had a good time but I hope they address these issues!

The room was spacious, with perfect amenities and a super-friendly staff who made us feel right at home, all in a fantastic location near the train station.

Located near a major transportation hub, this hotel is convenient for exploring the city. Some rooms offer a view of the station but remain surprisingly quiet. Staff is welcoming and offers complimentary drinks upon arrival. Kids will enjoy a playground on the premises.

Soundproofing could be improved, making occasional street noise a disturbance during the night.
